Excellent place with a quality gastronomic proposal that makes it a delight to the palate. If you are going to eat, it is better not to order the bravas to snack on and reserve yourself for the excellent menu items they have. Generous vermouth and good bravas. The salmorejo is spectacular and the galta with the pea puree is excellent. Without a doubt a place to frequent when you want to eat well

✨La Floresteca✨The food is really delicious in the heart of Floresta, the station. Very good and correct treatment plus the agility in serving the dishes.Some dishes with incredible and careful finishes. From the taste you can tell that the cook knows what he is doing.Highly recommended!!They also have many vegetarian options.They have a terrace

I loved! We went for the vermouth and what we snacked on was super tasty, the service was very friendly, they were very attentive to my dog, they offered him fresh water. Excellent everything. We’ll be back for sure.

Some bravas, a hummus, and a guacamole with TRE MEN DOS nachos… and generous ones!!! I take the chicken wings in a tupperware!Highly recommended if you stop by.

Look, if I were from the Barcelona area, I’d also be groaning about the level of tourism. And I can understand wanting to protect a neighborhood spot that very clearly has its own tattooed bohemian local “scene,” which my partner and I clearly didn’t fit into. Maybe that’s what happened here. But the waiter and the owner were as dismissive and condescending as possible in refusing to seat us, long before closing, even though there were extra tables outside and not one seat inside was taken… and in a small neighborhood where all other dinner options were shut. La Floresta was a lovely area and all other people and shops were very friendly. But these folks went out of their way to make clear we were unwelcome.************In reply: Isabel, I appreciate this response. Despite standing by everything I said, I will delete this post if I get another reply from you, since I don’t feel right leaving a negative review for a restaurant where I didn’t eat. All I wanted was to signal a real failure of hospitality here, which indeed put a bad taste on our last night in a wonderful neighborhood. If what you say here had been explained to us even briefly, as many staffs were forced to do in other small, overwhelmed restaurants, we would have fully understood. The rejection at your place – at 8:15 on a Tuesday, for what it’s worth – felt very different, in ways I already described. My Spanish-speaking partner could not get any explanation for why we were being turned away, despite unused tables inside and out. But I hear what you are explaining here. I know I’ve made my point, and I hope it makes a difference for how others are received later.

A great little restaurant -bar very near La Floresta station. Tables inside & outside in a quiet square. Friendly service and good food at a reasonable price.
